maybe at 1st:) well the blond gay made it look likeDR MANHATAN tried to destroy the world, so USA and URSS aka Russia made an alliance to work togheater insteand of WW3 :P And the scary voice was killed by DR MANHATAN because he wanted to say the true to the world, etc.
